A new state-of-the-art world-class cardiac centre built as part of major efforts to upgrade Bahrain’s medical infrastructure. The Mohammed bin Khalifa Al Khalifa Specialist Cardiac Centre in Awali, took shape across an area of 44,000 square metres, the new facility includes an outpatient clinic, radiology department, scanning, pharmacy, physiotherapy, and sterilisation, emergency and operation theatres, as well as ICU, laboratory and dedicated wards for men, women and children.
