Construction of the biggest Ikea store in the Gulf region. The store, located in Salmabad, has a total retail area of 37,000 sqm. This project involved 35,000 cubic meters of cast in place concrete, 48,500 sqm of precast elements and 3,000 tons of steel erection in 72 weeks.
